About Me

My name is Oz,  I am someone who has been fascinated by Psychology, the human mind and behaviour for almost all my life.

I have received my International Accredited Certification in Life Coaching from HartLife Coaching, in Melbourne, Australia and I have also completed my four years of training in a Bachelor of Science Psychology in Melbourne, Australia.

I have immersed myself with self-development for more than fifteen years. The years which I have spent working on myself and my own discoveries of life have allowed me to become aware and utilise different tools and strategies, thus allowing me to share them in creative ways while working with my clients.

I was born in Melbourne, Australia, I have lived on a Mediterranean island in Europe with my family for more than a decade. I now live in Melbourne, Australia,  the whole experience of living on the island gave birth to my awakening and purpose in life.  I practice Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Mindfulness regularly.

Why work with me?

Every coach will have their own personal style of coaching. I love working with my clients to create a safe space for them which is authentic and non-judgmental, thus allowing them to really discover who they are and what they really want out of their lives.  I love empowering my clients to achieve results beyond what they believe is possible. I believe that ultimate freedom is created by us doing the work through deep self-awareness and also beginning to understand what are some things that influence us and the way we operate.
